Connemara Mining Company plc was established in 2004 by veterans of the Irish mining industry to exploit zinc and gold opportunities in Ireland. The company currently holds 35 prospecting licences in respect of properties throughout Ireland, 20 licences are held directly by Connemara Mining and a further 10 licences are joint ventured with Teck and 5 with Hendricks
Oldcastle Block – five contiguous licences located in counties Cavan and Meath.
Donegal – 15 Gold licences in two blocks
